Makeup Products

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, makeup products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We kindly request you to double-check your selection before making a purchase.

Sealed Products

If you’ve purchased a sealed product and need an exchange, we are happy to assist you. However, please note:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer period are not eligible for exchange.

Used Products

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been used. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before use.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in specific situations, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  2. The product must be returned for inspection. Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been thoroughly inspected and approved by our team.


Quality Assurance and Damage Policy

We take utmost care to ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and in perfect condition before dispatching them to our customers. Our team conducts a rigorous quality check to verify that the products are undamaged and meet our high standards.

In the rare event that a product is found to be damaged upon delivery:

  1. Inspection at Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of our delivery personnel.
  2. Immediate Reporting: If any damage is identified, it must be reported immediately to our rider, who will document the issue on-site.
  3. Verification Process: Damages reported after the delivery rider has left will not be considered unless documented during the delivery.

  • For all return or exchange requests, please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after purchase will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the product does not meet our policy criteria.
