Anti-Shine Powder can be applied with a powder puff or brush over cream or fluid foundations. Dispense a small amount of the powder onto a Make-up Blending Plate, this will help to prevent the cross contamination of bacteria being passed directly from the face to the container. If using a powder puff, ensure the powder is evenly covered by folding the puff and massaging together. Tap off excess powder before rolling the powder puff over the skin. When using a brush ensure excess powder is tapped off and then lightly sweep over the skin. Allow to sit on the surface for a few minutes and then remove the excess with a clean powder brush.
